Guest registration for Cypriot short-term rentals
Cyprus is home ground: the company behind Vivestay is registered and based here, and it is the country we intend to support next. That support is not built yet — so this page is about what we are working towards, not what you can use today.
Cyprus compliance support is not available yet
Vivestay has no compliance module for Cyprus. The Cypriot legal requirements are still being verified, and until that work is finished Vivestay collects, validates and reports nothing specific to Cyprus — there is no Cypriot field set, no Cypriot reporting deadline and no submission to any Cypriot authority. Spain is the only jurisdiction Vivestay supports today. You can already use Vivestay in Cyprus for guest registration links, traveller details and an orderly record of every stay, but it will not make you compliant with Cypriot law.

Cypriot authority reporting — not yet
Vivestay prepares and records authority reporting for Spain. There is no Cypriot reporting workflow, no Cypriot deadline tracking and no submission to a Cypriot authority. A property here keeps a general record only.

Country-aware by design
Vivestay builds each country as its own module, so data collection and validation follow that country’s law. Spain’s module is live. Cyprus does not have one yet, and we will not ship one before its requirements are verified.

Vivestay is built by Cloudsource LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, working with a real accommodation operation from day one. For Cypriot operators that means the product is shaped close to home — and support conversations happen in your timezone.
Operating in Spain too? Your Spanish properties follow Spain’s traveller-registration rules today. Cypriot properties sit in the same workspace with the same team and the same guest links, but without a Cyprus compliance module behind them until that work is done.
