What does Vivestay cost today?
The table above is our published price list: per accommodation, per month, everything included. Every account starts with a free trial and no card is stored. Paid subscriptions are being switched on as we complete our launch — we will confirm with you before anything is ever charged.
What counts as an accommodation?
One independently rentable unit — an apartment, a villa, a holiday home. You pay for the accommodations you actually manage in Vivestay, and the subscription scales with your portfolio, not with your bookings. There is no minimum: one is enough.
What are Property Apps, and do I need them?
No. Everything the compliance workflow needs is in Vivestay Core — Property Apps are optional extras you can switch on for one accommodation without switching them on for the others. None is on sale yet, and Core is never reduced to make room for one.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signup asks for your name, email and organization — that’s it. Payment details only ever enter the picture when you explicitly choose a paid subscription, and they are handled by our payment provider, never stored by Vivestay.
Can I cancel? What happens to my data?
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Compliance records you have already collected remain retained and exportable for the statutory period — retention is a legal obligation to your guests and the authorities, not a feature of a paid plan.
