Cloudsource LTD is established in Cyprus, so this notice follows the information duties that apply to a service provider established there. Under section 8 of the Cyprus law on information society services, which transposes the EU e-commerce directive, those duties expressly include an electronic mail address, a telephone number and a fax number, together with the register, the registration number and the VAT identification shown above. It is not a German Impressum and does not claim to be one.
How to reach us. Cloudsource LTD operates no telephone line and no fax line, and the table above says so rather than leaving those rows blank. Contact is by electronic mail at hello@vivestay.com, which is monitored during business hours in Cyprus and is the address for every matter in this notice, including legal and data-protection correspondence. Written post may be sent to the registered office shown above. We publish no number we do not answer: the purpose of the provision is rapid, direct and effective contact, and a line nobody staffs would satisfy its wording while defeating it.
Responsible representative. The entity information above identifies the service provider. No director's or representative's personal name is published here, because operating an online service is not by itself a reason to publish an individual's name, and the register named above records who the company's officers are.
Supervisory authorities
For data protection, the competent supervisory authority for Cloudsource LTD is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus. You may also contact the supervisory authority of the EU or EEA country where you live or work.
Vivestay is not a regulated financial, insurance or legal-services provider, and no professional-body authorisation applies to it. Where the product prepares a submission to a national accommodation-reporting authority, that authority regulates the reporting obligation of the accommodation operator — not Cloudsource LTD.
